Growing up in Chittoor — India's largest mango pulp processing district — we watched truckloads of premium produce leave our district every season through layers of middlemen who captured the value but never knew the farms.
We asked: what if Chittoor could speak directly to the world? What if a buyer in Dubai or Hamburg could receive mango pulp from a named processor in our hometown, with full traceability and no intermediary markups?
That question became Lumina Prime Global — a founder-led, family-owned export company representing the best of what Chittoor grows, processes, and crafts.

Every supplier is visited in person before onboarding. We inspect facilities, hygiene standards, and equipment. We meet the owner, not just their agent.
We verify FSSAI registration, APEDA certification, and any export history. We do not list suppliers who cannot produce valid certificates on demand.
Before any relationship begins, we collect samples and arrange independent lab testing for moisture, microbial load, pesticide residues, and heavy metals.
Every new supplier completes a trial order. We evaluate packing quality, lead time, documentation accuracy, and responsiveness to feedback.
Active suppliers are reviewed annually. Certifications must be renewed, records maintained, facility re-inspected. Any lapse results in immediate suspension.
